Comptroller

The Comptroller is a wholetime officer of the University.

The Comptroller  manages funds and investments of the University and advice in regard to its finanacial policy.

The Comptroller is responsible for the preparation of the budget and statement of accounts of the University.

The Comptroller is responsible for ensuring that no expenditure not authorised in the budget is incurred by the University and will disallow any expenditure which may contravene the terms of any Statute or Ordinance or for which provision is required to be, but not, made by the Statutes or the Ordinances.
