The Module is designed to build self confidence and expose the students to the organisational and management functions of various development institutions/ agencies and agricultural and rural development support service systems. The Field training covers placement in the Department of Co-operation, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Krishi Bhavans,NGOs, Co-operative enterprises, Financial institutions and Village stay.During the Village stay, the students reside in a rural environment along with the farmers for a week, which enables them to feel the pulse of rural economy.
